Mobile Table Massage

Rejuvenate body, mind and spirit, all from the comfort and convenience of your home, hotel or office. A massage table, linens, creams and soothing music are all provided for on site relaxation.
Treatment can focus on relaxation through Swedish Massage, using light to moderate pressure while gliding over, kneading and compressing tissue. Additionally, Therapeutic Massage can address areas of tension or chronic discomfort by targeting deeper tissue layers. Communication is key for monitoring client comfort during treatment. Muscle soreness is common following this style of work. Plenty of water should be consumed post-massage to promote the removal of toxins released during the session.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit is that chair massage is done over clothing. Sessions are up to 20 minutes in length, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. Chair massage can also be a great way to gather friends and family for much needed relaxation at a location of your choosing.
